This position will start with full-time hours to support facility improvements and will transition to a part-time or seasonal role based on business needs. Why Join Us? Complete basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repairs. Maintain the building and grounds to provide a safe, clean environment. Replace lighting, clean windows, and complete routine maintenance tasks. Respond to maintenance requests and assist with facility projects. Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments and other approved destinations using facility vehicles. Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle while ensuring their comfort and safety. Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding transportation schedules and resident needs. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Maintenance experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Ability to safely operate facility vehicles. Strong customer service and teamwork skills. Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
