Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Senior Maintenance Worker, you will provide comprehensive maintenance and preventive maintenance to the buildings, equipment, and grounds, ensuring a safe and healthful environment for all. Every day you will perform a variety of general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, equipment maintenance, and safety testing, utilizing your expertise across various trades. To be successful in this role, you will possess strong skills across multiple maintenance trades, meticulous attention to safety and detail, and a proactive approach to ensuring the continuous operational integrity and healthful conditions of our facilities. Work orders are completed in a timely manner in relationship to the volume of work assigned. Work orders are filled out thoroughly and with appropriate information. All completed work orders are returned to the Director of Facilities Management. Constructs and repairs various items (i.e., building woodwork, windows, ceiling tiles, walls/floors, cabinets, counter tops, doors, office furniture and chairs). Performs a variety of general maintenance, repair, overhaul and construction duties. Monitors and inspects work to ensure compliance with codes and regulations. Job Requirements Required High School Diploma/G.E.D. One (1) year of experience in general maintenance
