The Yard Assistant will wash equipment to ensure cleanliness both before and after being rented to customers, assist with moving equipment around the yard, and assist with keeping the yard and facilities maintained and organized at all times. Basic knowledge of heavy equipment is a plus, but is not required. All training will be given while on duty.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Use power-washer to clean equipment Pay attention to detail to ensure equipment is rental ready for our customers Keep yard organized and cleared of any obstructions Help clean and maintain company facilities Help clean and maintain equipment yard Other duties as assigned Part-time and flex schedule may be considered.

Job Requirements:
Candidates 18 years or older preferred Must be able to work well in a team or individually Proficiency with maintenance and tools - such as a power-washer Always using proper safety methods, protocols, and gear Work under pressure with time constraints in a changing environment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Ability to meet physical demands such as occasionally lifting, load/offload or move outdoor equipment, and supplies up to 50 pounds Adhere to strict safety standards Dependable & stable work history Perform frequent gross body movement such as bending, twisting, standing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, squatting, handling materials, and moving around hazardous sites Able to work in all weather elements including but not limited to: extreme temperatures, rain, sleet, snow, heat, and wet/humid conditions Concentrate in a noisy setting around large construction vehicles May be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals
