Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and facilities Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues or concerns Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents and staff Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies Participate in special projects and events as needed Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities and issues

Requirements:
