Overview Join our dynamic team as a Grow Maintenance Worker and play a vital role in supporting healthy, thriving crops through expert horticultural maintenance and environmental management. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean grow environment and ensuring optimal growing conditions. Your hands-on approach will help foster productive environments that promote plant health and sustainable crop production. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your gardening expertise in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Perform defoliating on crops following our company standards. Be able to perform standard cleaning and sanitation methods. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist with cultivation tasks such as planting, transplanting, watering, and harvesting crops. Skills Proven experience within indoor grow environments. Strong communication skills, including competency in following directions from upper management. Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time, and safely lift up to 50 lbs. Familiarity with crop maintenance from planting to harvest. Ability to work in team settings.
