We are looking for a Maintenance Person to join our team and help keep our facilities in top condition. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing broken fixtures, painting, cleaning, and conducting regular inspections of the building. The ideal candidate will have experience in the maintenance field, a strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Inspect and maintain all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment. Repair and replace faulty equipment. Perform basic carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance tasks. Maintain records of maintenance activities. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
