Are you someone who enjoys working with machines, troubleshooting problems, and figuring out how things work? This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be hands-on, learn new equipment, and become a key part of the manufacturing team.

Full-Time Shift:

1st Shift

• 6:30am to 3:00pm (Monday
• Friday)

What You'll Do:

Provide hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot wire machines and punch presses Identify equipment issues and help keep machines running efficiently Make basic adjustments and assist with machine repairs and maintenance Move between different departments and areas of the shop to provide support where needed Assist with assembly, inspection, packing, shipping, and inventory as needed Learn and support a variety of manufacturing processes and equipment Help keep the shop running smoothly by jumping in wherever there is a need

What We're Looking For:

Previous maintenance, machine operating, mechanical, or manufacturing experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Comfortable working with machinery and tools Someone who enjoys diagnosing problems and figuring out solutions Positive, proactive, dependable, and motivated Ability to cross-train and work across multiple departments Flexible attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Strong desire to learn and grow within the company This is a great opportunity for a mechanically inclined person who wants variety in their day, enjoys troubleshooting equipment, and likes being the person the team can count on to get things running!
