JOB SUMMARY
Performs maintenance and repairs on assigned Agency Facilities. Repairs may include but are not necessarily limited to plumbing, electrical work and carpentry. Maintain all facilities in a safe and orderly manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs as necessary where code permits as well as painting, spackling, and other repairs as required. Performs periodic inspection of all Agency Facilities. Prioritize facility repairs and develop a schedule for completion. Recommend maintenance equipment needs to supervisor. Perform emergency repairs during off hours as needed. The assigned maintenance vehicle, to be used to travel to various Agency work sites, must be kept clean and always organized for ease of access and safety. Responsible for notifying supervisor when the assigned vehicle requires repair or service (Oil Changes, etc.)

(Competencies): General knowledge of building maintenance and/or general construction Ability to interact with contractors, and CCDOT staff Basic Computer Skills
