Maintenance Reges Oceanfront Resort Reges Oceanfront Resort is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Staff to help maintain our property and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. This position involves general facility maintenance, custodial tasks, and assisting with property upkeep. Basic Function Perform various facility maintenance and custodial tasks to ensure exemplary guest comfort, safety, security, and satisfaction . Responsibilities Perform basic building repairs and improvements Coordinate with management and other departments to prepare rooms for guest occupancy Perform custodial duties including trash removal and recycling Maintain security and proper handling of room and master keys Report unacceptable or unlawful guest behavior to management promptly Maintain a professional attitude and positive interaction with guests and coworkers Follow appearance and professionalism standards established by management Assist with luggage handling when needed Participate in continuing education to improve maintenance and organizational skills Perform other related duties as assigned Skills Required English oral communication skills English reading skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Good organizational skills Helpful Experience / Skills Experience in the following areas is a plus: HVAC Electrical Mechanical Plumbing Carpentry Masonry Pool and spa maintenance Roofing Painting Drywall installation and finishing Experience Facility maintenance experience preferred but not required .
