Applicants must have a valid NYS Driver's License Responsibilities Perform routine landscaping duties including mowing, edging, planting, pruning, and fertilizing to maintain attractive grounds. Operate ground maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and power tools safely and efficiently. Support general grounds maintenance including trash removal, fencing repairs, and landscaping projects as needed. Assist in snow removal Assemble office equipment and furniture when necessary. Moves office/classroom furniture as needed and makes minor repairs to same. Help make, repair, and maintain building signs. Sweep and mop floors, washes walls, empties waste baskets, and removes rubbish. Clean furniture in classrooms and offices, including blackboards and windows. Operate a variety of automotive and maintenance equipment.
