What You'll Do:
Clean and maintain production facilities, administrative offices, and company property. Keep production floors, aisles, catwalks, and work areas clean and free of debris. Perform routine building inspections and basic maintenance activities. Stock and organize supply rooms and facility materials. Empty trash containers, wood bins, and dust bags. Organize, sort, and clean materials used in production. Support production teams with tasks such as insulation, cutting blocking, and minor repairs. Maintain parking lots, landscape areas, and other exterior company property. Help create a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. ✅
What We're Looking For:
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to work efficiently and accurately. Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the department. Commitment to workplace safety. Reliable transportation. Ability to prepare tools, materials, and supplies needed for daily tasks. Commercial facilities or maintenance experience preferred for Facilities II and III positions. Willingness to cross-train and assist other teams as needed.
