Job Description

Princeton Property Management is looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Tech II for the Island Park, Park Avenue Village and Browning Apartments in Salem to join our Team! We're seeking someone with property maintenance experience who's skilled, reliable, and ready to make a difference in our communities.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 40 hours per week.
Wage:
$27-.00 to $29.00 hourly. Also offered are a monthly $50 phone, $150 auto reimbursement, and bonus opportunities. Experience in property or apartment maintenance is required, including minor electrical, plumbing, drywall and appliance repair. Pool experience preferred.
Duties:
Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily. Maintain common, garbage dumpster and trash receptacle areas. Complete apartment turns. Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area. Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
Physical Requirements:
