Our 376-unit apartment community in Downingtown, PA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong HVAC knowledge and well-rounded maintenance skills to help keep our community operating at its best. As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other general maintenance issues Respond to an average of 10 daily service requests, with additional work during peak seasons Support apartment make-readies, preparing approximately two homes for new residents each week, with increased volume during busy leasing periods Assist with preventative maintenance to maximize the life and performance of building systems and equipment Maintain the interior, exterior, and grounds of the community in accordance with company standards and safety requirements Support seasonal responsibilities, including snow removal when needed Partner with the Multi-Site Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager to prioritize work orders and deliver exceptional service to residents Communicate professionally with residents and team members regarding repairs, timelines, and project updates Participate in a rotating on-call schedule approximately every three weeks to support after-hours maintenance needs You'll be part of a collaborative team working together to deliver quality service across a well-established apartment community.
