Stable View is seeking an insightful, observant, and self-motivated individual for a Facility Maintenance position with some experience in indoor and outdoor electrical, lighting, plumbing, painting/staining, and routine and preventative building maintenance. Candidates must be self starters with professional experience, as well as an eye for infrastructure, knowledge of property management software, and the ability to manage a project from start to finish. Applicants must have current experience and ability to work 8 hour days in South Carolina summer heat and cold plus rain and shine. Weekend hours are sometimes required. Applicants must have a valid drivers license and their own reliable transportation to work. Prior to employment, all applicants must pass a drug test and background check. Ability to lift 50 pounds Bend, squat, stoop, crouch or kneel Ability to use and operate small tools and equipment, as required Employees do not handle or work care for animals, but employee must be comfortable around primarily horses and dogs with the possibility of other wildlife.
