We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Specialist to lead and perform daily physical operations across our community. In this role, you won't just fix things—you'll create a safe, welcoming environment for our residents while overseeing upkeep, turn-overs, and inventory. Key Responsibilities Unit Turnover & Prep:
Execute complete move-out to move-in transitions, including drywall patching, painting, minor repairs, and final readiness checks.
Systems Maintenance:
Supervise and perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Resident Satisfaction:
Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly service when resolving resident work orders and maintenance requests.
Operations & Inventory:
Track maintenance supplies, manage stock levels, and order necessary materials within budget.
Site Management:
Coordinate and execute scheduled preventive maintenance across property grounds and individual units.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Proven hands-on experience in residential or commercial maintenance (plumbing, basic electrical, drywall, and painting).
Leadership & Troubleshooting:
Strong ability to diagnose property issues quickly and direct or execute solutions efficiently.
Customer Focus:
Great communication skills with a resident-first mindset.
Mobility & Logistics:
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required for moving materials and traveling between sites.
Physical Requirements:
