Store Maintenance Position Summary The Store Maintenance Team Member is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, appearance, and basic maintenance of the store and surrounding property. This role helps ensure guests have a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by performing custodial duties, minor repairs, and facility upkeep while delivering excellent guest service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain overall cleanliness of the store and grounds. Clean restrooms and shower facilities. Wash, load, and unload shower towels. Perform general maintenance and minor repairs. Collect and dispose of trash throughout the travel center. Power wash designated areas. Clean and detail gasoline and diesel fuel pumps. Stock amenities and supplies on fueling islands. Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and guest-ready at all times. Provide excellent guest service through a well-maintained facility. Qualifications Self-motivated and able to work independently. Ability to work as part of a team. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Maintenance or janitorial experience preferred. Ability to identify and address minor maintenance issues Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds.
