Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning procedures to keep store clean and attractive, including shelves, work areas and gas pumps
• Perform thorough cleaning of restrooms and showers
• Perform thorough cleaning of property, store and pump areas
• Pressure washing pumps
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or areas in need of repair
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, and general building and property maintenance
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs on equipment
