• Church Heart Dream Christian Academy is seeking a dependable, trustworthy, and Christ-centered Maintenance & IT Support Worker to assist with the daily operation and care of our school, daycare, and church facilities. This position combines general facility maintenance, repairs, grounds upkeep, and basic technology support. Because this individual will work in environments serving children and families, professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and a commitment to maintaining a safe Christian environment are essential. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs throughout the school, daycare, and church facilities. Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, painting, furniture assembly, and general building repairs within the employee's qualifications. Inspect facilities and promptly report safety concerns or repairs requiring professional service. Help maintain clean, safe, and organized buildings, classrooms, offices, storage areas, and outdoor spaces. Assist with grounds maintenance and upkeep as needed. Set up and move tables, chairs, equipment, and other items for school, daycare, and church activities. Perform preventative maintenance and help maintain records of repairs and facility needs. Provide basic IT and technology support for staff. Troubleshoot computers, printers, projectors, internet/Wi-Fi connections, classroom technology, and other electronic equipment. Assist with installing and setting up approved computers, software, printers, and technology equipment. Help maintain school technology and equipment in good working condition. Protect confidential information and follow school policies regarding access to technology, student information, passwords, and security systems. Respond promptly to maintenance and technology needs as directed by administration. Perform additional maintenance, technology, or facility-related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Applicants must: Be dependable, punctual, responsible, and able to work independently. Demonstrate good character and a willingness to support the Christian mission and values of Heart Dream Christian Academy, Heart Dream Early Childhood Christian Academy, and Heart Dream Fellowship. Have basic knowledge and experience with general maintenance and repairs. Have basic computer and technology troubleshooting skills. Be able to safely use common hand and power tools. Be physically able to perform duties that may include standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, lifting, carrying, and moving equipment. Follow all safety procedures when working around children, staff, and church members. Successfully complete all required background checks and screening required for employment in our school/daycare environment. Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with students and children at all times. Required References Applicants must provide three references : 1 Pastoral Reference - A pastor or church leader who can speak to the applicant's Christian character, integrity, and involvement in the faith community. 2 Professional References - Individuals who can speak to the applicant's work ethic, dependability, character, skills, and professional conduct. Pay:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
