Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service experiences. Manage daily store operations, including cash handling, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records. Build strong customer relationships through personalized communication and attentive service, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Oversee sales management activities such as product merchandising, inventory control, and promotional initiatives. Train team members on customer relationship building, cash management, retail math, and product knowledge to enhance overall store performance. Experience Prior experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within retail or financial services environments is preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment. Strong background in customer service, sales management, and client communication. Proficiency in retail software systems, Microsoft Office applications, and basic math skills including 10 key typing. Knowledge of banking procedures, loan collections, cash handling, and financial software is highly desirable. Experience in managing profit & loss statements, store operations, and retail math will set you up for success in this role.
