NOW HIRING FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE WORKER FOR APARTMENT COMPLEX AND RENTAL PROPERTIES!
Must have plumbing, HVAC and drywall knowledge; 1 year experience is preferred. Duties will be performed under the direction of the apartment owner/operator.
Responsibilities:
Repair and treat structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls and building exterior. Prepare units for new move-ins ("make-ready"). Schedule and complete preventative maintenance. Grounds work including but not limited to; mowing, picking up debris, sweeping, and light landscaping.
Requirements:
Must perform all duties in a professional manner and interact courteously towards all residents and fellow employees. Must be able to complete tasks with limited supervision. Must have good time management skills. Must have own tools as required to complete job duties defined above. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to effectively communicate. Willing and able to travel to other work locations within the Wichita Falls area. Valid Driver's License. Reliable transportation. EEO Background considered on a case by case basis. DOE
