Maintenance Worker

Job Summary:

Kraven Solutions is seeking a reliable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support general maintenance and grounds upkeep across our facilities. This hands-on role includes light repairs, moving and setup, landscaping, and seasonal outdoor maintenance to keep our properties safe, functional, and well-maintained year-round.

Key Duties:

Perform minor equipment repairs and general maintenance Assist with moving, setup, and basic equipment upkeep Mow lawns and perform routine landscaping (trimming, edging, cleanup) Complete seasonal landscaping (spring/fall cleanup, leaf removal, winter prep) Maintain clean, neat, and safe grounds Perform basic spraying and pest control as needed Report issues requiring outside vendors

Qualifications:

Experience in maintenance, landscaping, or similar work Ability to work independently and manage time well Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions Valid driver's license (if travel between sites is required)
