Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving , strong mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team member to maintain a safe and efficient enviroment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliances. Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to promote safety. Making sure the pool is kept clean and chemicals are balanced. Making sure grounds are free of trash every morning. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff or residents regarding maintenance issues. Skills At lease 2 years experience in residential maintenance EPA Certification a plus CPO Certification a plus Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting. Ability to fabricate components or parts as required for repairs or maintenance tasks. Leadership qualities that enable effective team collaboration. Excellent customer service skills, capable of communicating effectively.

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
