We're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, developing preventive maintenance strategies, and leading a skilled maintenance team focused on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
What You'll DoLead, develop, and mentor maintenance technicians in a manufacturing environmentDrive equipment reliability and improve overall plant uptime and production efficiencyManage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programsOversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipmentCoordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and support production goalsDevelop and track maintenance KPIs, including downtime, PM completion rates, and equipment performanceManage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and outside service providersSupport capital projects, equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvementsEnsure compliance with safety regulations, maintenance procedures, and company policiesPartner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve equipment-related issuesIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost reduction, and increased equipment reliabilityDrive root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring equipment failuresMaintain accurate maintenance documentation, work orders, and equipment recordsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience leading maintenance operations within a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsExperience with preventive and predictive maintenance programsProven leadership experience managing maintenance technicians or supervisorsAbility to troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment and production systemsExperience working with CMMS systems and maintenance tracking softwareStrong understanding of safety standards, OSHA regulations, and maintenance best practicesExcellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsExperience supporting automated manufacturing equipment, PLCs, robotics, or controls systems is a plusTechnical degree or equivalent maintenance leadership experience preferredBenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off & HolidaysLife InsuranceCareer Growth OpportunitiesTraining & Professional DevelopmentStable, Growing Global ManufacturerTeam-Oriented Work Environment
