In this role, you will oversee the maintenance, landscaping, and overall appearance of residential or commercial properties, ensuring that all outdoor spaces are vibrant, healthy, and visually appealing. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold safety standards, and coordinate various landscape projects. Responsibilities Work alongside crew members performing mowing, trimming, pruning, irrigation, and seasonal cleanups Schedule and supervise maintenance routes/crews across multiple properties Ensure quality control and consistency across all job sites Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members check, adjust and repair irrigation systems mange irrigation controller Communicate directly with clients on service issues, upgrades, and scheduling Manage equipment, tools, and vehicle maintenance check adjust and repair low volt lighting system Monitor labor hours, job costs, and efficiency Step in on jobs as needed to keep crews on schedule Ensure compliance with safety protocols

Qualifications:
