Covina Court Senior Living 825 W San Bernardino Rd, Covina, CA 91722 Covina Court Senior Living is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Director to oversee the upkeep, safety, and overall condition of our community. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and committed to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and team.SHIFT:
OPEN Sunday - Thursday Responsibilities Oversee daily maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Ensure the building, grounds, equipment, and systems are safe and properly maintained. Coordinate vendors, contractors, inspections, and repairs. Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Respond promptly to maintenance concerns and emergencies. Manage supplies, equipment, and maintenance budgets. Lead and support maintenance staff as needed. Qualifications Previous maintenance or facilities management experience required. Experience in Assisted Living, Senior Living, Healthcare, or a similar setting preferred . Strong knowledge of building systems, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies when needed. Strong communication and leadership skills.
