Compensation is based on your professional background. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with overtime opportunities available. We are searching for a proficient professional to manage the programming, configuration, operation, and maintenance of CNC lathes to ensure the production of high-quality, precision components. Key Responsibilities Execute the programming, setup, and operation of CNC Lathe equipment. Analyze and translate technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements. Utilize precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers to verify part accuracy. Resolve technical challenges related to programming, tooling, or machine performance. Maintain consistent production standards by adjusting machine settings to ensure high-quality output. Required Qualifications At least 4 years of hands-on experience in a CNC machining environment. Comprehensive understanding of machine offsets, tooling, M-codes, and G-codes. Proficiency in interpreting complex technical blueprints and schematics. Familiarity with
HAAS ST-20Y CNC
Lathes equipped with Bar Feeders is highly desirable. Prior experience utilizing bar feeders and live tooling is considered an asset. Available Benefits Access to medical insurance coverage.
