Job Description
Large property management company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to manage our team of Technicians.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise 5-10 Technicians, ensuring adherence to maintenance repair procedures, safety regulations, and OSHA standards Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other safety regulations through regular training sessions and audits Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules Communicate with our Technicians and tenants to schedule work orders, ensuring timely completion within budget while maintaning safety standards Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, incident reports, and equipment performance logs Oversee inventory Availability to respond promptly to on-call responsibilities and after hour emergencies
Qualifications:
Minimum of (3) years of experience working in multifamily properties managing multiple maintenance employees with 500+ unit portfolios Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations along with the ability to enforce compliance across teams Strong leadership qualities with effective team management abilities; capable of motivating staff toward continuous improvement. Fluency in English is required for clear communication across teams; additional language skills are a plus
