A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

not provided Role Overview The Facilities and Logistics Associate is responsible for supporting daily operations by managing shipping and receiving, maintaining workspace organization, coordinating facilities needs, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff. This role includes handling deliveries, coordinating material shipment between locations, supporting facilities operations such as furniture assembly and hazardous material disposal, serving as a primary liaison with facilities management, and assisting with operational projects to keep workspaces productive. Key Responsibilities Manage shipping and receiving functions, including receiving deliveries, signing for packages, and ensuring correct routing Maintain organization and tidiness in the entryway and across shop or workspace areas Coordinate transport of materials between office and lab locations Assemble furniture, arrange for safe disposal of batteries and hazardous materials, and coordinate vendor or facilities services as needed Act as the point of contact with facilities management to address operational issues Support the engineering/team workspace by performing light assembly, odd jobs, and assisting with operational projects Foster a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach Experience working in facilities or shipping/receiving operations preferred Familiarity with safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials is beneficial Hands-on skills for assembly, organization, or shop support Effective communicator, able to coordinate across teams and vendors Resourceful problem solver with a commitment to operational excellence Valid US driver's license and ability to travel between Bay Area offices 10370037 Share this job Copied url To save a job sign in or get started To apply for this job email your details to I want more jobs like this in my inbox.
