You will leverage your expertise in CMMS platforms and project scheduling to ensure that technical teams have the resources and clear timelines required to maximize operational uptime. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end planning and scheduling of preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance activities to ensure high equipment availability. Utilize CMMS software to track key performance indicators, including work order compliance, asset health, and maintenance efficiency. Execute material take-offs and procurement processes to ensure all parts are staged, labeled, and ready for maintenance execution. Collaborate with operations leadership to align maintenance schedules with production requirements, including complex lockout and permitting coordination. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for facility shutdowns and turnarounds using advanced project management software. Analyze maintenance costs and order histories to drive continuous improvement in resource allocation and budget management. Provide technical oversight and serve as a leadership backup to ensure seamless departmental operations during peak activity. Qualifications Required Skills 3+ years of professional experience in maintenance planning or scheduling. 5+ years of experience working within a complex industrial or manufacturing environment. Advanced proficiency in CMMS systems and digital asset management tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical specifications and material requirements.
