Respond to guest requests and emergencies quickly and professionally. Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes. Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with other department teams. Manage maintenance inventory and procurement of supplies. Keep detailed records of inspections, maintenance routines, and repairs. Contribute to the hotel's sustainability initiatives.
