Marriott International is seeking a seasoned Hotel Engineer III to join our team and contribute to maintaining the high standard of facilities at our global properties. With over 8,000 properties across 139 countries, Marriott is committed to providing an innovative and quality experience in the hospitality industry. As a Hotel Engineer III, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational excellence and safety of our hotel facilities, aligning with our strong heritage of superior service. Responsibilities Oversee and perform routine and preventive maintenance of all building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Respond to guest requests and emergencies quickly and professionally. Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes. Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with other department teams. Manage maintenance inventory and procurement of supplies. Keep detailed records of inspections, maintenance routines, and repairs. Contribute to the hotel's sustainability initiatives. Required Skills Strong technical knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to lead and mentor a team. Proficiency in maintenance management software. Strong attention to detail and an eye for safety.
