Coordinate with leadership to ensure operational continuity and asset upkeep.
Must-Have Skills and Attributes:

Experience:
Minimum 10 years of direct building maintenance experience.
•
Technical Certification:
Must hold a current HVAC certification with at least 10 years of experience.
•
Asset Management:
Background in Class B product management with 20-year vintage properties.
•
Portfolio Scale:
Demonstrated history managing large-scale operations (1,000+ units or keys).
•
Style:
Proven capability to perform hands-on maintenance tasks, not just administrative oversight.
