Dominium Management Services, LLC is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to support a multifamily apartment community. In this on-site role, you'll perform and oversee daily maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep for units, building systems, and common areas. You'll lead by example, guiding maintenance staff and coordinating with vendors while delivering responsive, resident-focused service. Responsibilities include handling work orders, unit turns, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs, maintaining safety and building standards, and partnering with management to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained community. Responsibilities Lead and perform daily maintenance, repair, and upkeep of apartment homes, building systems, and common areas. Complete and prioritize resident work orders, ensuring timely, high-quality repairs and excellent resident service. Oversee preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems. Guide and train maintenance staff or contractors; model safe, efficient work practices. Inspect units for turns, move-ins, and move-outs; ensure homes meet company quality standards. Coordinate with property management and vendors for larger repairs and capital projects. Maintain accurate records of work orders, parts, equipment, and maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and fair housing standards.
