Position Summary:

As a Supervisor at Pool Centurion, you will lead and support a team of pool technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery, safety compliance, and operational excellence. You will oversee daily operations, coach and mentor your team, and build strong client relationships to drive retention and growth. A commitment to superior customer service, team development, and operational efficiency is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and direct the daily activities of pool technicians, ensuring productivity and quality standards are consistently met. Monitor team performance through in-person observations and performance tracking systems. Manage technician schedules to achieve labor and service goals. Ensure fleet management standards are followed, including vehicle maintenance and safety checks. Coach, train, and mentor employees, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Follow up with customers to confirm satisfactory completion of services. Develop and maintain client relationships to support retention and identify growth opportunities. Enforce all company safety policies and procedures. Perform additional job-related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years supervising others in a route-based pool service business. Clear understanding of safety rules, operating principles, and pool maintenance requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment, standing for extended periods, and performing manual labor as needed. Occasional weekend or after-hours work may be required for emergency jobs
