Ankeny, IA 50023 Job Summary Plan and schedule preventive and ongoing maintenance for plant equipment, buildings, and facilities. Coordinate maintenance work, skilled trades, parts procurement, and inventory to improve equipment uptime and maintenance efficiency. Key Responsibilities Receive, evaluate, prioritize, and schedule maintenance requests. Plan preventive maintenance and ongoing repair activities. Assign work to skilled and non-skilled maintenance personnel. Support trades teams with drawings, procedures, parts, tools, and equipment. Identify suppliers, obtain quotes, and issue purchase orders. Provide daily work direction and supervision when required. Track maintenance parts, crib/self-help inventory, and stock usage. Generate maintenance and operational reports. Maintain preventive maintenance records and support

OSHA/ANSI

requirements. Support engineering projects related to plant equipment and facilities.
