Summary:

Maintenance Planner / Scheduler responsible for maintenance work management, scheduling, CMMS data, spare parts coordination, procurement support, and material readiness within manufacturing operations. Job Requirements Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, and work management processes in a manufacturing environment. Experience managing maintenance work orders from creation through closure. Experience dispatching maintenance activities and coordinating maintenance resources. Knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance data management. Experience maintaining equipment records, preventive maintenance plans, task lists, and asset hierarchies. Experience supporting spare parts inventory management and material planning. Experience supporting storeroom operations. Experience creating and managing purchase requisitions. Experience supporting purchase order processes and tracking. Experience coordinating parts sourcing and material readiness for planned maintenance work. Preferred Skills Experience working with maintenance, production, engineering, skilled trades, procurement, and storeroom functions. Experience supporting reliability improvement initiatives. Experience supporting continuous improvement activities within manufacturing or maintenance operations. Experience with maintenance-related supplier and vendor coordination. Job Responsibilities Support maintenance planning, scheduling, and work management activities for manufacturing operations. Manage maintenance requests, case management, work order creation, planning, scheduling, dispatching, and closure activities. Maintain accurate maintenance records and asset data within the CMMS. Maintain equipment records, preventive maintenance plans, task lists, and asset hierarchies. Support creation and maintenance of spare parts inventory records. Coordinate spare parts availability for planned maintenance activities. Source maintenance parts and materials. Create purchase requisitions for maintenance-related materials and services. Track purchase orders and coordinate with procurement teams and suppliers. Ensure required materials are available for scheduled maintenance work. Coordinate maintenance activities with production, engineering, skilled trades, procurement, and storeroom operations. Support maintenance execution, asset reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
