The role focuses on planning and execution to ensure projects are completed on time and with minimal disruption, while serving as the key liaison between project teams and onsite leadership.
Ideal candidate profile:
You are an experienced maintenance leader with a strong technical background and proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple locations. You excel at structured planning, team coordination, and stakeholder communication. You understand how maintenance performance impacts operations and can align project execution with organizational goals and compliance standards. Organized, safety-focused, and improvement-minded, you foster a strong team culture and drive best practices for handling special assignments.
Qualifications:
Trade qualification as a Millwright or Industrial Electrician, obtained through a recognized apprenticeship, certification, or state licensing program
Skills/Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in an industrial or manufacturing environment Proven ability to lead and coordinate maintenance teams across multiple sites. Strong understanding of maintenance processes, preventive maintenance strategies, and asset management. Experience managing complex projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, organizational, and escalation management skills. Familiarity with automated material handling equipment and PLC logic (preferred). Proficiency in CMMS, Microsoft Office, and general PC applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the execution of unique, high-priority, or technically complex maintenance projects (e.g., major equipment overhauls, facility upgrades, emergency response). Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Communicate plans and objectives for special maintenance projects to the team. Align project execution with organizational goals, compliance standards, and industry best practices. Lead and coordinate a team of regional technicians. Build a strong team culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Act as the primary liaison between project teams, regional teams, and onsite leadership teams. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes. Identify opportunities for process optimization and develop best practices for handling special assignments. Provide operational support to onsite teams as required. Travel up to 100% as required to support projects and onsite teams Perform other duties as assigned

From $90,000.00 per year
