Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance Planner to support maintenance operations by managing asset records, planning maintenance activities, and maintaining spare parts inventory. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills with experience using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems. About the Role As a Maintenance Planner, you will coordinate maintenance planning, manage work orders, maintain asset data, and support the efficient operation of maintenance activities. You will work closely with maintenance teams to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. What You'll Do Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Manage work orders within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. Maintain and audit spare parts inventory. Support EAM users and provide basic system training. Analyse maintenance and asset data to improve processes. Generate maintenance reports and performance metrics. Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations. Promote a safe and compliant working environment. What You'll Need High School Diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or asset management. Experience using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or similar maintenance software. Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience with asset management, maintenance reporting, and data analysis. $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
