Job Description
Job Summary Service Manager Position This supportive position requires monitoring incoming calls, keeping track of jobs scheduled and technician's daily agenda. This position requires courteous phone manners, basic office organizational skills and an amicable work attitude. Some computers skills are required to gather information as needed for supervisor and technicians and some record keeping. Customer Service skills to be able to converse with commercial/residential customers in a friendly and courteous manner on the phone or in person. To be able to explain in simple terms most equipment, problems, fixes or know when to involve the supervisor for more complicated/intricate situations. Customer service skills to converse in a professional manner when consulting supply houses, ordering parts, tools, and equipment. Also requires good communication with in-house immediate supervisor and fellow employees promoting an amical work atmosphere. Other duties assigned.
