Position:

Maintenance & Facilities Support Technician Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance & Facilities Support Technician to keep our plant running smoothly. In this role, you will operate forklifts, handle basic repairs, maintain equipment, and support general facility housekeeping. The ideal candidate is a practical problem-solver who is flexible, safety-focused, and willing to help across departments.

Forklift Certification:

Required Key Responsibilities:

Safe forklift operation for material handling and warehouse support. Perform basic repairs and routine maintenance on plant equipment, conveyors, pallet wrappers, and pallet racking. Troubleshoot minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues (escalate major issues as needed). Keep office and production areas clean, organized, and safe. Support daily production tasks and help set up/tear down trade show displays. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Experience:

High school diploma/GED preferred; experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or facility maintenance preferred.

Certifications:

Forklift certification required.

Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude, basic electrical awareness, and hands-on tool skills.

Physical & General Demands:

Able to lift heavy materials, stand/walk for long periods, and work in varied plant temperatures.

Languages:

English required; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Traits:

Strong work ethic, flexible attitude, and reliable problem-solving skills.

Work Environment:

$27.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
