Job Description
Contemporary Design & Construction, Inc . is a landscape design and construction specialist located in Fitchburg, MA with over 45 years of excellence. We currently have an opening for a quality Lawn Maintenance Foreman. Position Overview The Lawn Maintenance Foreman will perform a range of general grounds maintenance duties including maintaining various residential and commercial properties. This position will lead a crew of 1-4 team members. Tasks will include weekly mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, etc. as well as snow removal in the winter months. Essential Responsibilities & Qualifications Mow lawn, trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls. Rake, weed, mulch, and prune grounds as needed. Maintain accurate and timely records at each job site. Problem solve in the field as needed. Monitor all tools, equipment, and machinery for needed maintenance. Quality control of all work completed. 3-5 years of landscaping experience preferred. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Valid Hydraulics and Pesticide licenses are a plus. Ability to pass background and drug screening. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 80 pounds and work outdoors.
