Lexus of Watertown is seeking an experienced, motivated Assistant Shop Foreman to help lead our high-performing service department. Pay:

$40.00 - $45.00 plus Incentive Plan Responsibilities Assist the Shop Foreman with daily service department operations Perform advanced diagnostics and assist technicians with complex repairs Dispatch repair orders efficiently to maximize shop productivity Mentor, coach, and train technicians to improve performance and technical skills Provide technical guidance on Lexus and Toyota vehicles Maintain high standards for repair quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Work closely with Service Advisors and Parts to ensure efficient workflow Support a positive, team-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement

Qualifications Preferred:
