$80,000 to $110,000 + Full Benefits + Relocation Assistance Ready to take ownership of maintenance planning and lead exciting capital projects at a growing lumber manufacturing operation? Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner / Project Manager to help drive equipment reliability, improve plant performance, and lead projects that make a real impact. If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and seeing projects through from start to finish, this is a fantastic opportunity. What You'll Do Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Coordinate shutdowns and maintenance work to maximize uptime. Lead capital projects including equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements. Manage project schedules, budgets, contractors, and resources. Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and reduce downtime. Champion a strong safety culture across all maintenance and project activities. What We're Looking For 3 + years of industrial maintenance experience, ideally in a sawmill, lumber mill, wood products, or heavy manufacturing environment. Experience in maintenance planning, project management, or maintenance supervision. Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical systems including conveyors, hydraulics, pumps, motors, and gearboxes. Experience with CMMS software is an asset. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
