A local company with a community near East Lansing, MI is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for long-term, direct hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Maintenance Supervisors that are looking for a company that offers excellent management, career growth, development, and competitive rates. Maintenance Supervisors will be working full-time day shift, with pay rates anticipated to be about $60,000-70,000/year based on each candidate's experience, plus commissions and annual bonus. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Qualified Maintenance Supervisors will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• 5+ years of recent/relevant experience performing carpentry, plumbing, and electrical maintenance for residential facilities. Previous experience with student housing is preferred.
• EPA Universal certification is required.
• Experience planning, directing, and executing maintenance activities and repairs.
• Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
• Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
