Job Description
Job Description Todd's Services, INC. Is hiring a Lawn & Snow Maintenance Supervisor that will oversee the daily operations of lawn and snow maintenance services. This is a hands on role responsible for crew management, assistance in job scheduling, quality control, and on-site problem-solving. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as you'll be working with a diverse team of employees and need to communicate effectively in both languages. Key Responsibilities Supervise multiple daily lawn and snow maintenance operations Assist in creating and managing daily schedules, crew assignments, and job routes Conduct site checks to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality Train and mentor crew members to ensure best practices with a positive approach Communicate with team members and clients professionally Track equipment use and manage maintenance schedules Maintain positive attitude in the face of adversity Resolve any field issues quickly and efficiently Qualifications Prior experience in lawn and snow maintenance(2-4+) years Supervisory or crew lead experience preferred Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (CDL a prefered) Ability to manage multiple crews and tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and leadership skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends especially during snow events Able to operate lawn and snow equipment safely and effectively(zero turn mowers, weed whips, blowers, plows, snowrators, etc…) Basic plant, weed, and grass identification including pests and diseases Tree and shrub pruning experience (Preferred) Able to lift 50 lbs. or more Willingness to learn, improve, and advance Reliable transportation Detail oriented while taking pride in workmanship Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for advancement Company vehicle and phone (dependent on experience and role) 401(k) with a company match Health, Vision, and Dental insurance for employee and family Paid time off Referral program If you're a reliable leader with hands-on experience and fluent in English and Spanish, we want to hear from you.
