Job Description
Kellanova is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will plan and prioritize maintenance activities, drive preventive maintenance, and minimize downtime on packaging and processing equipment supporting iconic snack brands. Partnering with production, you'll troubleshoot mechanical issues, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate contractors. You'll use a CMMS to schedule work, manage parts, and track performance, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and inclusive teamwork aligned with Kellanova's growth and innovation focus. Responsibilities Lead and schedule maintenance technicians in a manufacturing facility Plan and execute preventive maintenance to reduce downtime Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and basic electrical issues on production equipment Use CMMS to create, assign, and track work orders and maintenance history Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and food manufacturing standards Coordinate contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance work Monitor equipment performance and drive root cause analysis and improvements Collaborate with production to prioritize maintenance around line schedules Manage spare parts usage and support inventory accuracy Coach and develop team members, promoting an inclusive, high-performance culture Required Skills Industrial equipment maintenance Preventive maintenance planning CMMS software Mechanical troubleshooting Electrical systems basics PLC and automation awareness Safety and OSHA compliance Team leadership and scheduling Root cause analysis Vendor and contractor coordination
