8.0 hours per day, A shift Monday through Friday, 52 weeks per year

As per the Custodial Master Contract Salary Schedule. $28.93 per hour

Requirements:

Must have 2ndboilers license and driver's license at time of hire. Must obtain an unlicensed electrician registration within 6 months.

Job Summary:

To oversee and coordinate the daily cleaning, maintenance and operations of the buildings in a manner that meets district standards for site appearance and safety, and ensures a condition of operating excellence in order to provide a quality education in a safe and clean environment for all students, staff and community members. Also provides work direction to custodial staff, ensuring that routine maintenance and building projects are completed effectively. Makes deliveries both inside and outside the district. Deliveries account for approximately 50% of time.
