Maintenance Supervisor Dairy Farmers of America tuition reimbursement, 401(k) United States, Missouri, Cabool Jul 31, 2026 We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Cabool, MO retort plant, where we produce dairy-based coffee beverages. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can develop technicians, solve complex equipment issues, and drive results in safety, quality, and production performance.

Shift:

2nd: Monday•Friday, 2:00 pm•11:00 pm

What You'll Do:

Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians to meet safety, quality, and cost goals Schedule work, prioritize tasks, and optimize staffing for 24/7 operations Train, coach, and develop team members to build strong technical capabilities Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive root cause solutions Partner closely with production to improve communication and efficiency Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards Identify opportunities for cost savings and equipment improvements Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all company regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements High School Diploma or GED and 2 to 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience Strong knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, motor controls Experience with processing/packaging equipment and control systems (Allen-Bradley a plus) Experience with
