We are looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Lawn Care Professional. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is capable of performing physical tasks in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

Mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn maintenance Operating lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Maintaining tools and equipment Ensuring work is completed efficiently and neatly Lead and manage a lawn care crew (2-4 workers) Communicate with customers when needed

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Lawn care experience is required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors (required)
