Job Description
Maintenance Director (CHFM) - Jacksonville, NC Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 40
Hours/Week Salary:
$85,000-$116,000/year Requirements High School Diploma or GED with technical training required. Bachelor's degree or related technical degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of maintenance/facilities management experience , including 2+ years in maintenance, construction, utilities, equipment repair, or facilities operations. Acute care hospital experience is required. Strong knowledge of Joint Commission (JCAHO) standards and healthcare regulatory compliance. Experience leading maintenance teams, budgeting, project management, and facility operations. Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification preferred.
