Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the Plumbing and HVAC service departments. Lead, coach, and develop a team of service technicians. Monitor technician performance, productivity, and revenue goals. Conduct regular training, ride-alongs, and performance evaluations. Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns. Review service calls, estimates, and invoices for accuracy. Collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to maximize efficiency. Track department KPIs, sales, profitability, and overall performance. Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new technicians. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on growth and accountability.

Qualifications:

5+ years of Plumbing and/or HVAC industry experience. Previous management or supervisory experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Experience with ServiceTitan preferred. Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay:

$27.00 - $40.00 per hour
